purchasing options I do have?

options to order/purchase our products.
Option-1: Buy
from mashreqbank.com
mashreqbank.com is the exclusive authorized retailer
of goods and services provided by Smart Business FZE.
Once you have selected a product, please click on ‘Buy Now’ to
add a product to cart. If you wish to add another product,
please click at ‘Continue Shopping’ and add more products.
Once, your selection is completed, please click on checkout to
purchase from
mashreqbank.com and complete your order.
After purchasing, we will send you the downloading link
through email. Online delivery is free, however, in case if
you need it on CD, we will send on CD outside UAE subject to
shipment charges @ US $ 20.
Option-2: Payment
by Bank Wire Transfer:
We
accept bank payment through wire transfer only. Please send
the payment in favor of Smart Business FZE, Sharjah.
Once the payment is transferred to our bank account, we will
send you the downloading link through email. However, the CD
can be shipped outside UAE on payment of additional shipment
charges @ US $ 20.
Option-3: Cash
Payment:
Shipping in UAE is free. We will send the CD through courier
service to you in UAE and courier service will collect cash
payment on delivery of CD. In addition, you can also buy the
list by cash payment through your agent in UAE.

place the order by telephone. We will deliver the product
after receipt of payment as per above options.

Can I return a
product after purchase?
Once the
product is purchased and sent to you, we can not refund the
amount due to electronic format of our products. Therefore,
please make sure that you are satisfied for the product you
are going to purchase.

The purchased
